The sun deck hot tub was a delightful place to relax with complimentary coffee and fruit juice. The hotel's location near the park and bus station was convenient. The wifi and TV were a nice touch.

I had an amazing stay at Laluna Saigon. The staff warmly greeted me in fluent English and even provided me with a refreshing glass of orange juice upon arrival. The location was great, just a short walk away from the backpackers' street and other tourist attractions. The rooms were spacious and new, providing a comfortable and luxurious experience. The strong wifi connection was also a plus. I highly recommend Laluna Saigon for its excellent service and convenient location.

I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful decoration of the hotel, especially the elegant lobby and cozy sitting areas. It made me feel like I was in a luxurious retreat. The general areas of the hotel were also very accessible for senior people like myself, with easy-to-navigate hallways and elevators. It was a relief to be able to move around comfortably without any obstacles.

I would have asked for better lighting in the hallways. It was a bit dim, especially in the evenings, and as a senior woman, I prefer well-lit surroundings for safety and ease of navigation.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. The room and facilities were exactly as described, and the Khmer breakfasts were delicious. We would definitely stay here again.
